The Grand Forks Regional Landfill is located at Granby Rd, 2km North of Hwy 3.
Hours of Operation [Effective Jan. 1, 2000]:
Tues to Sat, 8:30 to 4:00, Sun 12:00 to 4:00.
Closed Mondays and Statutory Holidays.

LANDFILL/RECYCLING ITEMS ACCEPTED & RDKB BYLAW NO. 1504
All the usual waste items including tires, scrap metal and white goods, clean wood waste. Refundable beverage containers are banned from the landfill and recycling program. Please return them for refund. There is also a septic sludge disposal area. Please separate all recyclables – Grand Forks Landfill attendant will give directions.
