Planning Department
Under the direction of the City Clerk, the Planning
Technician coordinates and processes requests for rezoning,
Official Community Plan amendments, Development Permits,
Development Variance permits, Board of Variance requests
and Subdivision Applications.
Building inspection services are provided by the Regional
District of Kootenay Boundary. For further information
regarding Building Inspection contact the Regional District
office at 442-2708.
