Current Regular Agenda Package Meetings are at 7:00pm and held on Mondays, unless specified otherwise.   Primary Committee Agenda Package Meetings take place during the 2nd regular meeting of each month.

2010 Council Meeting Dates

Regular meetings (7:00pm) are held in Council Chambers in City Hall at 7217 4th St. All regular meetings of Council are open to the public.  Download schedule

Members of the public interested in being a delegation at a regular Council meeting are required to complete a Delegation form, and submit it to the City Office at least (7) seven working days before the date of the meeting to get on Council's agenda. See Bylaw 1889 for complete Procedures Bylaw

Delegation forms are available by downloading here or at the City Office during regular business hours.

Council Committee meetings are held on an as-required basis, and are generally open to the public.  Notice of these meetings is posted in advance of the meeting at City Hall.

BOUNDARY AIR QUALITY COMMITTEE MINUTES & AGENDAS

The Boundary Air Quality Committee's Meetings, as of January 14th, 2010, will occur on a quarterly basis rather than monthly basis. Meetings are usually set at 11:00 AM at the Regional District of Kootenay Boundary Offices at 2140 Central Avenue unless otherwise previously notified.
